These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ConsensusWire (the “Service”), a news intelligence platform provided by SignalWraith LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, operating under the trade name TracerNews. Please read them carefully before using the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

ConsensusWire is an automated news aggregation and intelligence platform. The Service ingests user-generated content from public sources (including but not limited to Telegram channels, X/Twitter, Reddit, and RSS feeds), applies large language models to extract structured information, clusters related reports into events and stories, and surfaces results ranked by an algorithmic metric we call the Consensus Score.

SignalWraith LLC operates the Service under the trade name TracerNews. References to “TracerNews,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean SignalWraith LLC.

3. AI Content Disclaimer

Articles on this platform are aggregated, extracted, and written by artificial intelligence models. While our Consensus Score algorithm attempts to verify corroboration across multiple sources, the information provided may contain errors, omissions, or hallucinations. This content is for informational purposes only.

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. You are solely responsible for verifying any information surfaced by the Service before relying on it for any purpose, including but not limited to financial, legal, medical, safety, or operational decisions. TracerNews does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any article, summary, ranking, or extracted field produced by the Service.

4. External Links and Third-Party Content

The Service surfaces and links to content published by third parties. We do not author, control, endorse, or verify the content of any linked source, and we are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or availability of any third-party content. Inclusion of a source in the Service does not constitute an endorsement of that source or its views by TracerNews. 5. DMCA / Copyright Takedown

TracerNews respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe that content surfaced by the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to our designated copyright agent that includes all of the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list of such works if multiple.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL or other information sufficient to permit us to locate it.
• Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the Service or any portion of it outside of mechanisms we expressly provide (such as a public API).
• Reverse-engineer, probe, or attempt to derive the internal logic of the Consensus Score or our extraction models.
• Use the Service to defame, harass, threaten, or infringe the rights of any person.
• Upload malicious code, credential-stuffing payloads, or any content designed to disrupt the Service or other users.
• Circumvent any access controls or rate limits, or use the Service in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

7. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its branding, interface, Consensus Score algorithm, and all software TracerNews authors, is owned by TracerNews and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service other than a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. Content you submit through the Service (such as saved preferences and API usage patterns) remains yours.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TracerNews, its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TracerNews from any claim, loss, or liability arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your infringement of any third-party right.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
